Thanks for the feedback Howard! The thing I track is the number of Crested Butte's housing units that are lived in full-time. We are just over 65%. Some communities struggle to break 10% (and about 25% of our housing units are deed restricted to full-time occupancy). I am fairly certain we will not make Aspen's mistakes, but we'll make our own!
In my opinion the next "frontier" is ensuring we have "community-supporting" spaces-- health care, nordic center, plumbers and hamburgers locals can afford.
